One of the most important Horeca trade fairs in the world took place on October 13-17, 2023 in Milan. We couldn’t miss it, so we invite you to a short summary of the fair.
This year was the 43rd edition of the fair, which gathered another record number of visitors and companies, as many as 2,000 exhibitors from all over the world. There were over 100,000 participants. The largest number of exhibitors came, of course, from Europe, while companies from as many as 75 countries around the world and residing on all continents presented their products. Of course, we were also there, proudly representing Poland at this fair, as a manufacturer of innovative beverage dispensers and juices, drinks and fruit purees dedicated to the Horeca industry.
Host Milano 2023 is mainly a presentation of companies supplying catering equipment and devices for the food industry. The stand included our best products, including juices, drinks and 100% fruit purees. However, the main emphasis was placed on the presentation of original models of equipment – modern beverage dispensers, which aroused the interest of restaurant and hotel chains.
One of the most important topics that appeared at many stands and presentations was sustainable development. Attention to ecology and the product life cycle is becoming the basis of European companies producing equipment and furnishings, as well as food and beverage products for the HoReCa industry.
